Update 28/09/15: Android

For all Android users, do re-install the application should you be unable to log into the application.


Common issues are:

  1. Incorrect Spelling of emails and Passwords 
  2. Spacing and Capitalisation used when keying in emails and passwords
  3. Using an old iOS or Android version 


Solutions:

  1. Try ensuring that the relevant spacing and capitalisation is used
  2. Ensure that you are using the latest iOS/Android version
  3. If you are still unable to log in despite following the previous solutions, drop us an email (support@coursepad.com) with the following details:    
  • Name
  • Course
  • RP Email Address
  • Name of your LO
  • Company assigned
  • Device used
